I'm Back...

Hello, Beauties! I am back and it's been a very long time since I have been on here! I was on a 21 day Daniel consecration in February and I just haven't had time to post. Ministry, school, work, personal life, there is so much going on! I must admit that balancing all of these things have been a major struggle.

I have actually been thinking about purpose and the whole purpose of this blog. My desire in life is to live intentionally and with purpose. Everything I do must work towards something purposeful. I live to serve a greater purpose, I exist to give glory to God. I questioned the existence of this blog and the thought of deleting the blog was heavy on my mind. Modesty is not just a clothing thing but it is a lifestyle. 

Questions I asked myself:

1. Why did I create this blog?

2. Is this blog contributing to the kingdom of God?

3. Is this a part of my purpose?

4. Is posting pictures of myself modest?

5. Am I viewed as self-centered?

6. What am I doing here???

There is more where these came from but you see my point. I had to re-check my motives and my heart. Of course, I started this blog out of pure intentions of encouraging young women to be modest and to live sold out for Jesus. But I do wonder am I doing that? I am not into numbers and page views but I do hope Beautifies The Meek is accomplishing the task it was sent to complete. I won't delete the blog just yet I will give this a try for one more year and, of course, stay in prayer. Prayer is important, I won't make any drastic decisions until I hear from the Lord. So Beautifies The Meek is back and still in business.

Pray for me that I become what God desires.
